Tucker, I want to let you know what a wonderful job you guys did on our home. People tell you that building a new home is one of the most stressful things you will ever do. I am happy to say we never felt that way. From start to finish Journey made us feel at ease. When we requested changes (everyone does) you accommodated us. We really enjoyed watching the progress and seeing everything come together. One of the biggest challenges of building a new home is finding the right builder. Frustrated talking to several builders we finally found Journey. The minute we meet Journey we knew that you were the right choice. I would highly recommend you to family and friends. It was a truly a pleasure doing business with Journey.

The Journey Company has completed a number of projects for our family over the years - from really big projects (building us the custom home we have lived in for 3+ decades) to biggish projects (fully remodeling our main floor living space, modernizing that same home; to a bit smaller (completely adding on a new full bathroom). Building Our Forever Home with Journey Company has been a wonderful experience. It has been a pleasure working with Journey Company on building our forever home in Frazeysburg, Ohio. My wife and I contracted the Journey Company to remodel our bathroom and bedroom. It was the first time we'd worked with a contractor on a larger job like this, and they were great. Todd and Tucker Journey did most of the work themselves. They communicated well with us any time they had a question about how we wanted something done, and they were able to pivot without any trouble when we asked them to do a couple of things that we hadn't thought of and that weren't in the original plan. They got the job done efficiently and within our budget. Totally professional and the work was top quality. We'd definitely recommend working with them!
